We lost our garage remote years ago, as we previously had programmed the garage to automatically open and close with our vehicles. Recently, we bought a new car, bought a new Liftmaster garage door opener, and tried to sync the car with the garage door opener.
Unfortunately, in addition to not being able to sync the car with the garage door opener, the garage door would no longer close or open. We used Thumbtack and got an immediate response from JR Garage. We called and spoke with Clayton Smith, who walked us through and helped us to make our garage door opener work again WITHOUT ANY CHARGE.
Clayton Smith saved us time and money, and was super nice and helpful. Would definitely contact them in the future for any garage door repairs or needs!!!

JR Garage Door and Services was God-sent to me, after I spent over 3 months trying to get help for a dented garage door which had become unoperable. I spoke with several professional individuals and companies and all of them insisted that the door could not be repaired and had to be replaced. I started looking into replacement and was being quoted some astronomical prices and lengthy timeframes. I even signed a contract with a well-known company for a new door and installation and made the payment, waited 2 months for the door to be delivered and installed just for that company to become unreachable. After jumping through hoops including calling corporate etc. I was finally able to have someone at that company get back to me and they explained that something was wrong with the order. I had to go back to the drawing board and after saying a prayer, I contacted JR Garage Door services, mostly based on their glowing reviews on Thumbtack. Within a few hours, my garage door was repaired for a very reasonable price and without drama or stress. Unlike all the other companies who wanted to send professionals to come assess, provide free quotes, or who insisted the door can't be repaired, JR knew immediately based on a brief description over the phone and a few pictures that the door could indeed be repaired and offered to come to do so that evening. I had a hard time believing the door could be repaired given my experience and said I would wait to see it before I can believe it, but I had to believe it when the door was repaired that evening. The next day I woke up so relieved that this issue that was hanging over my head for months is finally resolved. I can't thank JR Garage Door enough and I can't recommend them enough for quality of work, honesty, integrity, professionalism, and competence! Thank you again so much!
