I received fantastic service from P&W Heating & Cooling! Pete and Will were incredibly professional, showing up promptly for a weekend emergency and immediately putting me at ease as they were friendly and very approachable. They explained every part of the job clearly, so that I could understand what was being done and why. I had to replace 2 capacitors, add refrigerant, clean coils, unclog my HVAC condensation tube, etc. Their work was fast, efficient, and thorough. The price was extremely fair considering the urgency and quality of service. I highly highly recommend P&W Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and skilled HVAC professionals. Pete and Will are excellent.

Highly recommend P&W! Our A/C stopped working on a hot summer day and they were able to get here so quickly. They were courteous and thorough in their assessment of our unit and the fixes needed. They explained the issues they found with the unit and what they needed to do to fix it. I hope I don’t have any other HVAC issues but if I do I will definitely hire them again!
