This was a great experience! I had an unexpected guest coming over in a few hours and they were able to get to me fast and help me straighten up the place. They got there within the hour I called, was great will communication and the woman helping me clean up was so friendly, nice to my dog, and a breath of fresh air. Will definitely use again. Only downfall is that they don't take card. Cash or check only

Step Ahead Cleaning is our regular cleaning service, with a personalized touch. The owner, Fernanda, is incredibly responsive and she and her team do a fantastic job with our messy, cluttered house. When we ask for special requests, they're always acknowledged. I love coming home on days they've been to my house. It's the best! Reasonable prices for this young family, too. Overall, very happy.

We always try to work on clients needs and budget. We do charge per hour, as well flat rate after a few cleanings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving a free estimate so we can go through the house and see all needs so we can personalize the cleaning and get the clients really happy with the cleaning provided.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since 2005 I've been cleaning houses on DMV area and I love what I do!
