Ron was very responsive and got me fixed up quickly and for a really reasonable price. My tenants had destroyed an old vinyl dryer pipe and it wasn't safe or secure anymore. Not only that, the finished basement made accessing the piping down there very difficult. He quickly diagnosed the best fittings and pipe to use and got me fixed up in no time. Now it looks great and is up to code. He was friendly and explained stuff clearly. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing, HVAC, ductwork or other needs.

My husband and I were very pleased with working with Ron. He is very attentive, listened to our concerns, knows his craft well and took time to ensure we were informed of options, equipment performance, installation requirements, etc. for a new air conditioning unit. Ron was extremely professional and kept us well informed with each and every step of the process. He gave us several different pricing options and that best suited our budget. He was very neat and and made sure he put down drop cloths so not to dirty our house or damage our hardwood floors. The timing of the removal and installation of the HVAC unit was dead on target. We will definitely hire again with any additional HVAC/Plumbing projects in the future!
