I had a wonderful experience working with Shalon. She was able to revise my final doctoral project to both APA and University guidelines with near perfection and has an incredible eye for detail. This project entailed extensive formatting revisions, and because the project was so high-stakes for me, I had requested consistent communication. Shalon was incredibly responsive, had excellent communication skills and was completely professional. I truly could not have been more pleased with the final product. My paper was approved by the University and has moved on to publication. It is quite challenging to find a professional who is well-versed in APA guidelines as well as have the ability to integrate specific University guidelines to produce an acceptable final product prepared for publication. Shalon was able to do this under time constraints and completely honored our contractual guidelines. Shalon recently edited a magazine article for me and did a wonderful job. She gave me excellent advice and turned around the edit very quickly. I am currently in the process of writing a book, and I have already discussed hiring her to do the edit. I would highly recommend Shalon for any writing, proofing or editing work.
