FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do however every situation is different so I like to speak to my client first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact with the client via text, phone or email to get all vital information to make sure I am available for event. After confirming I am available for the date and time in question I will send the customer more photos of my work as well as references. Next step would be to set up a trial run if required ( all brides require a trial run). After the client is confident that I am her match we will sign a contract and I will take a deposit. I will touch base 1 month before the event. Again 1 week before the event and 1 day before event. The day of the event my customer can be confident I will arrive on time and be ready to start hair services at the time indicated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended and graduated from Schilling Douglas School of hair design in Delaware in August 1995. Every year since then I attend a minimum of 1 educational event in regards to hair to keep up on all the newest trends.
