Introduction: I have been doing property management for 17 years. I have experience from commercial to student housing. I specialize in apartments townhomes and single family homes. I know MD and DE Landlord Tenant laws. My company handles all aspects of property management from application process to evictions. We handle all accounting, maintenance. I have a Fair Housing background. With many certificates of completion in many areas of property Management. The propsal management fee depends on number of homes / units and maintenance needs. The percentage can be from 2% to 5% of total rent collected per month,again depending on the above. Usually the fee is deducted from rental payments collected and than the remaining amount of rent income collected is distributed back to homeowners.
