Nikki's catering did a fabulous job. We had a dinner at our house for 35. Her team was very professional and accomodating to our needs. She made spinach pies, meatballs and bruschetta for appetizers, beef tenderloin, Greek potatoes and asparagus for dinner. Her team cleaned up everything at the end of the night which is a great touch. Nikki also provider a bar tender for the evening which out well. We would hire her for our next party.

I recently prepared a brunch for a first holy communion party. The parent needed to be at the church at a certain time and they trusted in me to prepare and set up the entire buffet. I was a success!
