I called my warranty company on Friday, March 11 to tell them that I needed my furnace service because I had no heat. The warranty company later emailed me with an appointment for the upcoming Monday that they had arranged. As soon as I got the notice I called the company that they had arranged my appointment with 3P2DHVAC to ask if it was any way possible that they could fit me in today. I had already been without heat for two days to me calling. I spoke to Phil from the company and he told me unfortunately they were booked for today but he will call me back if someone cancels. An hour and a half later Phil called me back and told me that he could fit me in today at 1 PM. I was so appreciative for him calling me back an adding me on the schedule for the day. Like I said we were without heat for two days and I have my elderly mother-in-law living with me and she had been really cold for these couple of days. Phil and his partner( I didn’t get his name) came out and did a wonderful job fixing my furnace and it took no time at all. I would definitely recommend this company if anyone needed furnace services.
