Joseph conducted a workshop on our campus for our first-generation college students on Managing Money in the Real World. This was a dynamic presentation -- and the students loved it! College students often focus on the here and now and Joseph got them thinking about life AFTER graduation, including understanding a monthly budget, how to create an "incentive based budget" and how to live within your means to ensure a bright future. I'm grateful for the helpful seeds that this workshop planted in my students' minds. Joseph's presentation style was engaging and effective. The students appreciated that he incorporated real-life examples and straight talk throughout the workshop. The students left with a greater sense of the importance of managing money after this session!!

I am happy to report I know where my money is going. Thanks to the month to month personal budgeting, every dollar has its place. I am finally saving! More importantly, fun money is budgeted without having to steal from savings or bills in hopes that next month I will replace it. At one point my wife and I considered ourselves to be pretty good money managers and skeptical about other people being involved in our financial matters. The one thing we weren't good with was decreasing our debt. After working with Money Etiquette since February 2016 we've literally seen our combined debt decrease rapidly within a short period of time. One of our engagement gift loans was completely paid-Off and another wedding expense loan almost gone within a few months. On top of that we were able to see a consistent surplus of cash flow for savings and hobbies that we didn't even know we had. We now have a financial adviser that makes the time to listen to us and make adjustments even when our financial situation went through changes. Long story short, this program really works for my family's financial goals and we plan to continue working with Money Etiquette for our major financial life decisions as well.
