Alright, let’s start from the beginning & I will say Gilsa was very professional as well as her team so I will not take that away.
But I’ll completely honest.
When she contacted me the price changed for a deep cleaning which I understood. It was $115 increase which I accepted.
I advised what time I’d have to leave because of my part time and she gave a time which we agreed on to clean my home it would take her 3-3.5hrs.
The day of the cleaning was today & they were 30 mins late (I advised clearly that I don’t want a rushed job so maybe we should reschedule she said she’ll make sure everything is good well it wasn’t some areas had to be cleaned repeatedly and still aren’t cleaned
My kitchen floor nor entry level floor was mopped
Or the bathroom floor
I literally went and cleaned my
Shower door to show the difference in how it should look.
I will say the kitchen looks amazing
But my office or entry level based boards weren’t touched and she needs more time but I had to go. & she charged my the full price after not being fully done.
I’m my eyes I would not recommend unless you just want a show room ready kitchen. & let me add my house was already clean when she got there it was just a little dust.

I am very grateful for your comments and I am completely available to remedy any possibility of dissatisfaction on your part with our cleaning. just as I said personally and in a private message. after the work was finished, the gentleman made some observations and we promptly repaired it and told me that the work was fine. we finished the work within the expected time even though unfortunately we had a delay with our arrival that was previously informed. I really appreciate the opportunity and all your comments, and I understand your disappointment in the comments but we are always willing and flexible to do our best to satisfy our most demanding customers.
