After our first contact by the owner I had already decided he was the one I needed to do the work. I explained that my spouse fell off the top step of front door and I needed a railing to protect this from even happening again. The building and installation took just three day. The installed railing was solid and looks great (adding to the appearance of the home saying nothing about how much safer the steps were now. This contract communicates well and shows genuine concern about solving the problem I needed his help o fix. Does a great job of staying in contact and making sure that we were satisfied with the results. His pricing was extremely reasonable. I will definitely reach out to the owner if I have any more work in the future . Very pleased and we feel a lot safer now :)
