- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free consultation to assess your roofing needs, whether it’s routine maintenance, a full replacement, or emergency repair. For urgent situations, we offer 24/7 emergency services to help protect your home from further damage. After the initial assessment, we provide a clear, detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing. If your project involves an insurance claim, we can assist you throughout the process to help ensure you receive the coverage you're entitled to. Once approved, we schedule the work and keep you informed every step of the way. After completion, we do a final inspection and clean-up to make sure everything meets our high standards — and your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are GAF Certified Roofing Contractors, which means we’ve met strict standards for quality and reliability set by North America’s largest roofing manufacturer. Our team is licensed to operate in both Maryland and Pennsylvania, and we’re certified in storm damage inspection — allowing us to accurately assess and document damage for insurance claims. We also stay current with safety regulations, product innovations, and local building codes through ongoing training. This combination of formal certification and real-world experience ensures your roof is in expert hands.
