Amy went above and beyond for our backyard, micro-wedding and somehow made us feel like we were ballin’ on a budget. From our very first consultation call, she instantly put me at ease. She’s calm, confident, and clearly a subject-matter expert with years of experience under her belt. She handled everything: coordinating with vendors, building our timeline, attending our rehearsal and even our “night-before” party to help with setup. Amy led with charisma and professionalism, turning our backyard into pure ‘earthy elegance’. When last-minute rain threatened the ceremony, she moved mountains getting tent sides delivered the morning of and even renting an extra tent for the DJ without missing a beat. Amy truly thought of every little detail. She just made things happen seamlessly and never once let me or my mom stress. She’s that rare mix of a commanding leader and calm problem-solver. I would hire her ten times over. If you’re lucky enough to book Amy, do it. She’s the reason our day was perfect.

Amy was absolutely fantastic. From our initial meetings to discuss our wedding plans to our follow ups a few days after our wedding, she was caring, helpful, and great to work with. Each meeting was planned in advance such that, we were able to discuss specific topics to stay organized in what specifics were discussed. She ensured to bring up any recommendations she had and/ or anything that we may not have discussed. On the days leading up to the wedding, she took the lead on our wedding rehearsal which gave us an idea of how to structure our processional. Amy was overall extremely sweet and kind. She made sure to not just discuss “business” but, to also check in on us. We cannot thank her enough for helping our wedding day go smoothly. Through all parts of our wedding day, she was calm, cool, and collected. We believe she is extremely experienced, as it showed with how she handled various wedding mishaps. Overall we highly recommend Amy!

Besides my venue, Amy was the best decision I could have made for my wedding day. I knew immediately on her initial phone call that she was someone I needed to have. Her knowledge of the industry, willingness to help in anything, and creativity made my wedding day so special. I hired her as a day of coordinator, but her help extended so much further than that. She was responsive over my entire long engagement, and made it so easy to work with her. An additional bonus with that she provided many supplies (card box, platters, etc) for free! Amy made my entire wedding day go off without a hitch. I would highly recommend her to any couple, and I am so thankful of her help!
