Call The Shots was absolutely great. We hired Walter for a formal party of around 150 people, and he was extremely friendly and worked extremely efficiently. Everyone had great things to say about the service, and I highly recommend!

Walter is amazing! He worked with us at a family event and he was the perfect addition to our party. He was professional, personable, clean and equipped to handle our event. I’d certainly recommend his services for any event size and demographic. 🌟 Bonus, Walter made a sign for the drink menu and blew us away with the signature drinks! We’re still talking about the lavender lemon drops. 10 out of 10! 🎉

Call the Shots is wonderful in every way! It is a pleasure to work with Walter. He is kind, thoughtful, and creative. His document is clear and concise. So all of the pre planning is effortless on the client’s part. Walter is also great about staying in touch periodically if you a book a several weeks out. He is savvy on suggesting the right amount of product so you do not overspend. He is smooth on event day, and my guests loved him! We would definitely work with him again! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to get as much information from my customer as I possibly can. I ask questions, take notes and follow up with a checklist to the customer to make sure that we are on the same page. I remain in communication with the customer all the way through the planning process up to the completion of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended training courses and received my Responsible Server of Alcohol certification.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually got started bartending with my son a few years ago. I began to be an assistant bartender for some of his events. After getting further training and experience, i began bartending for caterers and event planners. I enjoy meeting new people and being of service to them in making their events special and memorable.
