“Bryan from Precision Design and contracting provided us design and build services to open a foyer into a family room along with expanding a basement room and recessed LED lighting in multiple rooms one with high ceiling. This project was challenging because the floor support joints and a HVAC bump out duct came in the way. Bryan took it as a challenge and designed a creative way to make the entry higher by borrowing space from upstairs closets. He used his engineering background to come up with a way to compensate the load bearing of beams. He did the job with professionalism, courtesy and workmanship. He was fair in his price and accepted credit cards. Overall we are quite pleased with his work and we would strongly recommend Bryan for medium to large home remodel/construction projects. “
