Haute Eatz is a premier full service catering company. Our team of culinary professionals will help you feel at ease, whether you are a seasoned event professional, a bride to be, a busy professional or fitness fanatic looking for weekly meal prep services. We offer a myriad of amenities to include but not limited to drop-off catering services to complete event management. We provide buffet catering, an elegant sit down dinner for two or a themed cocktail party for hundreds. We seek out local farmers and purveyors who employ responsible methods. Sustainable doesn’t necessarily mean organic or local, but it does mean carefully sourced. We care a great deal about the farmers who grow, raise, and harvest our food, as well as the people who eat it. Our mission is to serve the best food possible made from scratch, using the freshest sustainably sourced ingredients available. We design highly personalized menus and prepare healthy, chef-inspired, gourmet meals to cater to our clients needs. This includes accommodating special dietary requests or restrictions, food allergies and preferences.

Chef Candace was absolutely amazing. Very responsive in communication in which she creatively designed a menu that was tailored to my needs and desires. The food was absolutely incredible and well seasoned. With each bite my taste buds began to celebrate! She set the mood with fabulous music, fresh roses and candles. The presentation from beginning to end was professional and beautiful. She made my wife’s birthday one to remember! I will be utilizing her private chef services again in the very near future! Thank you Candace for being so sweet and kind. You are amazing!

With the invaluable help of Chef Candace I surprised my wife with a Birthday dinner party. I had never hired a personal chef and must have contacted ~20 different ones to try to find the right one. I cannot overstate how glad I am that I went with Chef Candace. I also utilized her offer of hiring a server and using a table setting provided by her. It was fantastic. The food was incredible. The guests raved. Chef Candace showed up 2 hours before hand to cook and prep. I turned over my kitchen to her and she did the rest and created a magical meal. At the end of the meal she cleaned up and left my Kitchen just how she found it. If you are looking for an incredible experience where everything is taken care of and flawlessly executed look no further than Chef Candace. The wife and I are already planning to hire her again and again.

We used their personal Chef service to have a romantic cadle light dinner. In one word: Amazing. The meal was Michelin Star worthy as the time and attention that went into every detail allowed my wife and I to totally relax having to do absolutely nothing. What also impressed me was the clean up. When they left, the kitchen was spick and spam clean. The experience was so good that we are already thinking about hiring them again for an upcoming Holliday party. And lastly, as anyone reading a review wants to know, the price was extremely fair, as they gave us choices to match the amount we were willing to pay; so we both had an incredible meal worth every penny for the price we paid. We highly recomend you choose Hautz Eatz!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are many different variables to consider when providing a quote to a potential client. These factors include: type of event, the number of people being served and time of year. Prices may also increase if you are requesting multiple courses, such as salads and desserts be included, or just a main dish with no sides. We like to have a conversation to get a feel for what the client has in mind. This can be done via Thumbtack App, email or phone. Based on the information provided we give a more formalized quote which lists deposit requirements, etc. We are very flexible and can offer either a per person, averaging $30-$40 per plate with a required minimum, or an hourly fee plus food costs. These costs include meal planning, grocery shopping and meal preparation, unless otherwise specified.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
One of the most important questions the client should determine the answer to is “what is a realistic budget for the overall experience I want to create for my guests?” At Haute Eatz we believe not only in the meal preparation itself, but also the dining experience. Also, one should have an honest dialogue with the Chef about your expectations and they will let you know what’s possible within your price range.
