I wish that I could select all 5 of the categories because M & C absolutely provided value and punctuality. Marcus was available over the weekend and on the holiday. This was critical because my property is a rental and without any water, the tenants would need to be moved into a hotel. They fixed the broken sewer line, replaced the water line, pulled up the contaminated pad and carpet and then rehabbed the whole basement. This included new sheetrock, new carpeting and pad, new molding and paint. I am 2500 miles away and was kept in the loop at every stage and was supplied the necessary pictures to submit to my ins co.
