What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The company's process for working with a new customer is first an initial phone interview with the office manager to understand your situation followed by an appointment date to meet face to face. At the face to face meeting, we will evaluate your situation and give you recommendations. Based on the recommendations, you will have an estimate and scope of work within 3 days of our face to face meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the CEO of the company, I hold a Maryland contractor's license and a Maryland Real Estate Broker's license. I attend trade, business and Maryland legislation classes regularly.
