I hired Willian after the previous handyman couldn't get the jobs done. Both jobs are small but tricky. One is to replace soft close hinges that don't close softly anymore. The previous handyman ordered wrong parts from Home Depot and look similar to the old ones, but didn't actually fit. Willian orders the correct hinges from cabinetparts.com and get the job done quickly and nicely. The other job was to readjust the shower panel. He discovered that the previous handyman didn't reposition the hook correctly so the new panel couldn't attach to the wall and left a gap. He also found out the cause of weak water stram was due to slightly twisted water lines during previous installation attempt. He fixed both problems and the panel was repositioned nicely. I am very pleased with his work quality. He is not as cheap as the previous handyman. But I wish I had called him the first time so I didn't have to waste money on failed attempts.

I had an outstanding experience with Willian! I hired him to complete some complex repairs to my bathroom. This included moving the vanity over 4 inches, redoing the plumbing, repairing and redoing the floor tile and trim, patching several areas on the wall and replacing the exhaust fan. Willian did an exceptional job! I was very impressed with the quality of his work. He was extremely responsive, arrived on time, cleaned up, and just did an overall exceptional job. He charges per the hour and worked extremely diligently the entire time. He is trustworthy, polite, and respectful. I would highly recommend Willian for any handyman needs! I will absolutely use him again in the future. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regarding my values, it's super easy to understand, I work in two ways: hourly and with a fixed price. We will decide this when the customer gets in touch, I never charge more than agreed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the client wants to work with me, they just need to get in touch via Thumbtack, send me information about what needs to be done and we will send an estimate and explain what will be done and agree on a price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the construction industry for a long time, I worked with building construction in Brazil, and when I arrived here in the USA, I worked for some people for 3 years until I decided to open my own business.
