- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects personalized coaching that’s tailored to your specific goals, schedule, and lifestyle. There are no hidden fees—everything is upfront and transparent. I offer different options depending on the level of support you need, from customized training and nutrition plans to full 1-on-1 coaching with accountability check-ins. Discounts may be available for longer commitments (e.g., 3- or 6-month packages), since consistency is what drives real results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client starts in a different place, so I meet you where you are in your journey. We’ll begin with a conversation about your goals, lifestyle, and current routines—no judgment, just an honest starting point. From there, I create a fully customized training and nutrition plan designed to fit your schedule, preferences, and needs. Nothing I do is one-size-fits-all. Some people need structure and accountability, others need flexibility and balance. My job is to adapt the program to you, so you can make steady progress without feeling like you’re turning your life upside down.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and nutrition coach with extensive experience coaching clients at all levels. I’ve also held certifications with USA Weightlifting, USA Powerlifting, and CrossFit (L1), giving me a well-rounded background in strength training, Olympic lifting, and functional fitness. Along with my certifications, I bring years of real-world coaching experience and a disciplined, structured approach that helps clients build sustainable results. My focus is always on creating safe, effective, and fully customized programs that meet people where they are in their fitness journey.
