Katie has been a wonderful influence in my health changes. She has benefited my nutritional health very well and has also provided me with easy modified home strengthening exercises I can do. She is also very kind and super accommodating of my needs and my disability. I recommend her for people with chronic illnesses who need the motivation!

Katie is AMAZING! I can’t express enough how great of a trainer she is. I am someone who has been struggling with motivation to work out and go to the gym, so I searched Thumbtack for a trainer who could come to my house and guide me through workouts. Katie was the first one to respond and I’m so glad that she did! Since my first interaction with her she has been nothing short of incredible. She listens to my goals and designs workouts that will help me meet them and give me the perfect level of challenge. She plans workouts and prints them out before the session. She demonstrates every exercise and makes sure I do it safely. She is an excellent and very knowledgeable trainer and can tell you down to the muscle what you are working out and what the exercise is doing. She is also incredibly professional. She is always early. The first session, she was 30 minutes early and I was so impressed by how committed she was to making sure that she was early and there for me. Katie never has excuses. She does what she’s supposed to do and more. She really goes above and beyond to come to you and give you value for your money. Not only that, but she is an amazing energy. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She also has a smile and such a good vibe. She cares about me as a person, asks me about my diet and how I’m doing, and always offers advice in a very caring way. I feel very comfortable telling her about my diet and exercise goals and struggles. I am very impressed with how Katie is running this whole business on her own. She designs personalized workouts for each client, travels to them or does online sessions, helps you through the exercises and demonstrates them, does all of her administrative work, is very knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition, and even has her own newsletter! She is such a powerhouse of a business woman, doing what she loves and is great at herself! Katie is communicative, punctual, energetic, positive, and overall an amazing energy and inspiration in my fitness journey. I have started doing more treadmill workouts and walks on my own just from seeing her and being around her. She motivates me to be better just from her example and how healthy and peaceful you can see that her lifestyle has made her. Everyone needs a Katie in their fitness journey, especially if you’re starting out and might be a little scared or intimidated like me. I can’t recommend her enough or say how happy I am with her! She proves reasonably, will work with you, is flexible, and just the best! 5 starts to Katie, she deserves every one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Katie is fantastic, and interested in training you to where you want to go. She's very plugged into designing and executing a program to physical restrictions, and I have quite a few of these. And she's always changing, and tweaking the work to adjust for multiple reasons (time restrictions, muscle soreness, range of motion issues, etc.). I feel accountable when working with her, but that comes from the design of the program, working out, recording those workouts, and sharing feedback with Katie. It DOESN'T come from working out with an overly aggressive and overbearing trainer molding you into what their vision of you should be. Because that's not who she is. She's excellent. Which of course is what all the other reviews probably say. A+

Very helpful and an overall great energy to be around. She doesn't push you to do things you aren't comfortable with or push you past your limits, she actually works with you and what you have access to and I find that very helpful.

Katie’s amazing! I have a super terrible time getting motivated and sticking with exercise and Katie is very supportive and understanding. She pushes enough but there’s no pressure. Gentle but tough if that makes sense! Very happy! Great value as well!
