By far one of the best companies I have used dealing with a major issue. Micheal came out to access the issue and put someone on the job right away. Business was professional and affordable. I am happy to know there are still people out there who operate with integrity when doing business. I highly recommend Affordable Basements.

The sales and support staff were very responsive and professional in their interactions with me. I was told to fix the foundation on an external building before rehabbing the interior. I had no idea where to start. ABW was one of the few companies that actually got back to me and advised how to proceed. The referred me to a structural engineer who drew up the plans for the project and ABW coordinated with him before and during the project. It was a good team effort. The work crew showed up as scheduled and the foreman kept me apprised of the status of the project. I would definitely recommend their work to others in a similar situation.

Kelly, Affordable Basement Waterproofing manager, was friendly and responsive, scheduling my free initial appointment on a day I could be home from work. George, Affordable Basement chief inspector, arrived on time. After evaluating my lower level issues, he determined the water was occurring only through walls that were completely above ground. George provided me with information I could use to perform my own repairs (scrape & apply waterproofing sealant paint), saving me a good bit of money. I will definitely call Affordable Basement the next time I have any basement leakage issue, knowing they will provide me an honest evaluation of the issue and only perform work that is actually required.
Details: Foundation • Inspection • Caulking and sealing • Moisture barrier installation • As recommended by professional • Leaks • Discoloration • Residential
