- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to the customers home, they give us the best date and time that works for them. We give the customer a free estimate, if the customer prefers we also leave them with a proposal, and follow up 1-4 days later.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff are all licensed in Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Lead Abatement Services. Our staff is also OSHA 30 Certified, CPR Certified and highly trained with IICRC in a variety of fields such as AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), WRT (Water Damage Restoration) and HST (Health Safety Technician).
