The consult was quite thorough, we figured out where the moisture was coming from with his tool. This was in my already finished basement.(ugh) They did explain they would need to pull up the flooring and take part of the wall apart and that they would NOT be the ones to reattach that work. They had a quick availability which was good for my schedule. I will say the drilling was an all day loud annoyance ( but to be expected) Maybe i should have had them some in the spring /summer when we could have stayed more outside then to listen to the rumble of a jackhammer. I was quoted 3 days of work and it was done in 8 HOURS (thank god). Afterwards the room did not look so great, because the flooring was missing and a large chunk of wall gone around the area they worked, but i was patient, let the concrete dry and had my contractor come back in and put the flooring back down and replace the drywall. (added cost to this project) Fast forward to 2 weeks ago with daily heavy rain, then snow, then days of snow melt... a DRY basement floor! ZERO signs of any wetness! I also note that the faint smell of mustiness is completely gone! So we are quite happy with the final outcome. Just like any home project, you have to rough thru it, but the final outcome is so worth it. I can now feel comfortable there is no mold growing and if there is any water seeping in, that it is directed away from my home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to the customers home, they give us the best date and time that works for them. We give the customer a free estimate, if the customer prefers we also leave them with a proposal, and follow up 1-4 days later.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff are all licensed in Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Lead Abatement Services. Our staff is also OSHA 30 Certified, CPR Certified and highly trained with IICRC in a variety of fields such as AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), WRT (Water Damage Restoration) and HST (Health Safety Technician).
