Kelly, Affordable Basement Waterproofing manager, was friendly and responsive, scheduling my free initial appointment on a day I could be home from work. George, Affordable Basement chief inspector, arrived on time. After evaluating my lower level issues, he determined the water was occurring only through walls that were completely above ground. George provided me with information I could use to perform my own repairs (scrape & apply waterproofing sealant paint), saving me a good bit of money. I will definitely call Affordable Basement the next time I have any basement leakage issue, knowing they will provide me an honest evaluation of the issue and only perform work that is actually required.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to the customers home, they give us the best date and time that works for them. We give the customer a free estimate, if the customer prefers we also leave them with a proposal, and follow up 1-4 days later.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff are all licensed in Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Lead Abatement Services. Our staff is also OSHA 30 Certified, CPR Certified and highly trained with IICRC in a variety of fields such as AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), WRT (Water Damage Restoration) and HST (Health Safety Technician).
