- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing has always been fair. I provide a high quality service that you would come to understand from a certified public accountant. I do all the work myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct an initial interview with the client gathering their information and taking the time to answer any questions they might have. I then quote a fee and provide them with the date of completion of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Marymount University - Bachelor of Business Administration Majoring in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant - State of Maryland, Capable of process tax returns with all states that have filing requirement, President of the Anne Arundel County Chapter of the MACPA, Member of BNI (Business Networking International), and 25 years of experience.
