Ian was very helpful in helping me resolve my basement water intrusion problem, he did me a solid by providing so very useful information that I was able to use to fix the issue on my own since I had already started the repair process. He could have easily charge by coming out to the house and doing the repair but, he instead gave some repair options over the phone, which worked to stop the basement water leak. Thanks Ian and would highly recommend you and future jobs.
