I am very happy with the work of Value Dry. I hired them to replace a sump pump and assess better drainage options. After consulting with 3 different service teams, Value Dry offered a variety of affordable options. If you are looking to overspend on commercial grade appliances for your home then you will want to look elsewhere. But if you want a residential grade, dependable, trustworthy, and honest type of service, go with Value Dry. They do not try to oversell you. You will not pay for premium, unnecessary extras because these guys only charge you for what you need. A very big thank you to Taylor for his superior service. He is also an absolute hero! He saved me from running into two baby toads, which would have absolutely given me a heart attack. Taylor went above and beyond, working through the heavy humidity with a great attitude.
*I did experience a scheduling hiccup with this company. Tip: use only one phone number or email to communicate and confirm your final appointment the day before service.

Value Dry was quick to send a technician to complete the estimate. He was punctual, thorough, reviewed all the possible options and tried to work within my budget. We highly recommend Raul and ValueDry. They did a wonderful job installing a sump pump and french drain in our laundry to fix several cracks in our foundation and flooding that occurred . Anytime we have had other issues since then or questions, they stand by their lifetime warranty and are very responsive through phone call and in person and to address anything. Raul corrected a pipe and elongated it so the sump pump pushes the water up and off of our porch, instead of just onto our porch where water collected and ran back into the foundation causing a leak. If we could give more than five stars, we would!

Value Dry Waterproofing offers free inspections to customers within our service area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation, there is no one-size-fits-all solution that will work for everybody, so our first steps are to meet with the homeowners, assess the problem, and present the recommendations for fixes. Our inspectors will answer questions about approximate costs, how the work is performed, how long it takes, and the pro/cons of each solution. Our inspectors work with the homeowner to design a customized scope of work taking into consideration their future plans and desired peace of mind. Several options will be presented and decisions will need to be made effecting warranty coverage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Value Dry has been waterproofing basements and encapsulating crawl spaces in Maryland, DC and Virginia under the same management for over 20 years. We have certified basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation and egress specialists on staff. Well over a hundred years of combined experience on staff.
