We have annual contract for routine maintenance of HVAC system. They are prompt, staff is knowledgeable and polite, and provide good service. They recommend maintenance or additional service as needed. Based on their explanation, one can decide to proceed with recommendation at this time or not.

I am very pleased with Buric. I called them yesterday about a thermostat concern, nothing critical but a possible future problem. Their tech (hats off to Joey) was prompt, respectful of my home, and quick to identify the source of my concern and remediate it. We moved to Columbia from Omaha, NE last fall, and I mentioned to him that the prior owner did not leave any instruction books for the HVAC system; he took time to show me key tasks to prevent problems.

Arrived ahead of time. Fully described all he did and offered important recommendation regarding cleaning the coils due to work being done around unit that can cause it to get dirty to point it could impact efficiency. Office coordination was timely, friendly and professional AS ALWAYS. Love this team!
