Paull was very thorough and even set up extra security checks on my computer to prevent future issues. My issue was complicated and involved internet connections and malware, but my computer is back up and running. He even made a repair call to my office on a Saturday.

Paul fixed my not-booting Windows 7 PC, upgraded it to Windows 10 and installed a bunch of useful utilities: CCleaner, Speccy, WordWeb 8 (English is my second language). He also upgraded RAM in this PC from 4GB to 8GB. Paul also perfectly set up my new/refurbished Windows 10 Pro PC. Installed 18 apps/utilities, all of them are Free utils/apps!
Paul is very knowledgeable computer tech, serving his customer with honesty, he always give you the best advise that can make you save you lot of money. He found for me memory on eBay and I saved $27 just on memory and $30 on external USB hard drive. Paul is the most knowledgeable computer tech, I’ve ever seen.

I had a number of issues with my laptop, all of which Paul was able to take care of, and at a much lower cost than anyone else I contacted. He explained everything very clearly, and always called me to check before doing anything we had not previously discussed. Among many of the services performed, Paul re-installed Windows 10, downloaded and updated many programs including Norton Anti-Virus and Microsoft Office, and replaced my original hard drive with a bigger, faster SSD hard drive. When I went to pick up my laptop, Paul sat down with me to show me everything he had done. I mentioned a problem I also had with my audio driver (which I forgot to tell him about earlier), and Paul fixed that problem as well, at no additional cost.
I am very satisfied with this experience, would recommend Paul to friends and family, and will definitely contact him again for any future computer needs.
