FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At iBuild, we believe in transparent, straightforward pricing to ensure clients feel confident and informed. Here’s what customers should know about our pricing: 1. Detailed Estimates: After our initial consultation and once we have a solid understanding of your project, we provide a detailed, itemized estimate that covers all aspects of the work—labor, materials, permits, and any additional fees. This clarity helps you understand exactly what’s included in the cost. 2. Upfront Communication on Costs: We work to prevent any hidden fees or unexpected costs by discussing potential additional expenses up front. If any changes arise during the project, we communicate them immediately and explain any cost implications before moving forward. 3. Flexible Payment Plans: For larger projects, we offer structured payment plans that divide costs across milestones, making budgeting easier and giving you control at key stages of the project. 4. Discounts and Promotions: We occasionally offer seasonal promotions or discounts on specific services or materials. These discounts are communicated during the proposal phase if they apply, so you know where savings can be made. 5. Change Order Fees: Mid-project changes can sometimes impact cost and timeline. If a significant change is requested after work has begun, there may be additional fees to cover adjustments in labor or materials. We’ll discuss these thoroughly before proceeding. 6. Warranties and Aftercare: Our pricing includes warranties on our work to give you peace of mind. Additionally, our aftercare ensures that if any issues arise after completion, we’re here to address them. Our goal is to provide quality work that matches your budget, and we’re happy to discuss all aspects of pricing to make sure you feel confident moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
iBuild’s process with new customers is designed to be smooth, transparent, and collaborative from start to finish. Here’s how it typically works: 1. Initial Consultation: We start with a consultation to discuss your vision, goals, and specific needs for the project. This is where we explore your ideas, budget, and any design preferences. It’s also a chance for us to get to know each other and ensure our team is the right fit for your project. 2. Design and Planning: Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, our team moves into the design phase. We’ll create a custom plan that considers both aesthetics and functionality, ensuring it meets your goals and aligns with your budget. This stage may involve multiple iterations to refine the design until you’re fully satisfied. 3. Proposal and Agreement: After finalizing the design, we’ll present a detailed proposal outlining the scope, costs, and timeline. We take time to walk you through this document, making sure everything is clear and transparent before you sign an agreement. 4. Permits and Preparation: Once the agreement is signed, we handle all necessary permits and any preparation required for construction, such as ordering materials or prepping the site. 5. Construction and Communication: During the construction phase, our team is on-site, executing the project with precision and care. We keep you informed with regular updates on progress, upcoming steps, and any adjustments if they arise. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and informed at every stage. 6. Final Walkthrough and Handover: When construction is complete, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We address any final touch-ups or adjustments, making sure you’re completely satisfied before the project is considered finished. 7. Post-Project Support: Our relationship doesn’t end once the project wraps up. We provide ongoing support and are available for any questions or follow-ups to make sure you’re happy with the results long after completion. This structured approach helps iBuild create spaces that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, ensuring a quality experience from start to finish.
