FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard pricing. Each event is unique and each client has different needs. We will work with our clients as much or as little as they want. In addition to full-service planning, we also provide day-of coordinating.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we feel it is important to meet in person or, due to COVID concerns, virtually. As a follow-up to our meeting, we will send our Contract and Statement of Work which is specific to each individual client. Once we receive these signed documents and deposit, we can get started! Working with a family to plan their special event involves having a personal connection. We feel it is important to get to understand our customers in order to provide the best service and vendors to best match our customers' needs and personality. Once we have met and both have an understanding of the type of services the client is looking for, we can put together a plan to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After many years planning corporate events, it was time to move onto social events and start my own company. I am a member of The International Live Events Association (ILEA) and attend workshops, classes, and meetings though other industry organizations such as the National Association for Catering and Events (NACE), and Bizbash.
