Introduction: Human resources outsourcing is one of the fastest-growing industries today. There are many different service models associated with human resources outsourcing. Infiniti HR offers four different service models: PEO, ASO, ongoing support, and project based. The professional employer organization or PEO establishes a co-employment relationship with its client companies. In this legal relationship, the duties of the employer are divided between the employer of record (PEO) and the employer of personnel (client). The employer of personnel is responsible for hiring, firing, on-site supervision, and all strategic aspects of the business, while Infiniti HR would be responsible for payroll and tax administration, workers' compensation, unemployment, compliance, benefits and benefit administration. Businesses today need help managing increasingly complex employee-related matters, including employee relations, health benefits, workers' compensation claims, payroll, payroll tax compliance, and unemployment insurance claims. The client will contract with Infiniti HR to assume these responsibilities and provide expertise in human resources management. This allows our clients to concentrate on the operational and revenue-producing side of its operations. Infiniti HR provides integrated services to effectively manage critical human resource responsibilities and employer risks for clients. Infiniti HR is able to deliver these services by establishing and maintaining a co-employment relationship with the employees at the client's work site and by contractually assuming certain employer rights, responsibilities and risks. The administrative service organization or ASO is a more traditional service relationship where Infiniti HR provides a complete human resources solution, including all aspects of payroll, compliance, HR, risk management, and employee benefits procurement and administration. There is no risk assumed or shared under the ASO service model. The ongoing support model essentially gives you access to an off-site HR department without having to use Infiniti HR for all of your processing services. This model gives you flexibility if for some reason you need to handle payroll in house or you are in the process of filling a position. The project-based model is exactly that; we can assist you with any one-time projects that you might need professional consulting. Whether you need an employee handbook revised or want some compensation planning, Infiniti HR can assist you.
