James arrived just when he said he would and quickly became apparent that he knew exactly what was doing. He was friendly and asked me about height settings etc. He removed the old set and moved the wires behind the wall, making for much more professional installation. James even had a small vacuum with him that he used to clean up after the installation. On top of everything else I found his price to be very competitive. Overall, one of the best service appointments that I have yet experienced.

We found our guy. Any time any one needs something mounted or installed-- THIS IS YOUR PERSON. I don't even know where to start. He responded to us almost immediately and he was at our site WITHIN 30 minutes ready to go. That is not a typo.
I usually don't write reviews- but I owe it to James and to all of the other folks out there who depend on reviews to make decisions. (ME!) After meeting James and seeing his work, his current reviews will make sense.
James installed 5 articulating wall mounts, hung several signs from wall mounted positions AND from the CEILING, installed our time clock, and installed a sound bar. Half of these things we tossed on his plate on the fly because he literally is that good. Everything we asked him to do... He did it. Mind you, we had these tasks floating around undone for weeks. No one before James could find a stud, no one thought we had the right set up-- James proved all of them wrong. He set us up in record time.
He even took time to go out to the store for US to get what we needed-- and then was able to just create a custom solution on his own. Who does this!? James. He did things that we didn't even think to ask him! Conceal cables? Done. Patch up a hole that someone else left? Done. (He cleans up, too.) Looking around at everything he did-- I honestly cannot say enough good things. Great pricing, super friendly- I mean, we hit the jackpot on this one. Thanks Thumbtack! and James!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you think what you need done is less than a typical install, message me the details of what needs to be done and the price can be negotiated. For example, everything is already connected and you are just changing out a tv. If I don’t have to run any new cables through the wall, I won’t charge you to do it. I typically charge $100 to mount a television onto Sheetrock if client has all parts which usually includes TV mount and cables. I can provide mounts and cables, but prices vary depending on the type of mount and length of cables. $25 to conceal wires in wall. I also conceal wires on the surface using a wire channel and include it at no additional charge. That is a cost that I eat, because I want every single one of my jobs to look professional. Most installers don’t include this in their price and don’t even offer it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you are ready to book, go to ********** and click on book to choose a service and pick a time and day that is available. If you want to book multiple TV’s, please message me so that I can add additional TV’s as well as a discount. Once booked you are set!
I like to meet the client ready to do the work that I was hired for. I like to make recommendations that will make the clients experience better. Once I realize exactly what the client wants I begin the work.
