- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you think what you need done is less than a typical install, message me the details of what needs to be done and the price can be negotiated. For example, everything is already connected and you are just changing out a tv. If I don’t have to run any new cables through the wall, I won’t charge you to do it. I typically charge $100 to mount a television onto Sheetrock if client has all parts which usually includes TV mount and cables. I can provide mounts and cables, but prices vary depending on the type of mount and length of cables. $25 to conceal wires in wall. I also conceal wires on the surface using a wire channel and include it at no additional charge. That is a cost that I eat, because I want every single one of my jobs to look professional. Most installers don’t include this in their price and don’t even offer it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you are ready to book, go to ********** and click on book to choose a service and pick a time and day that is available. If you want to book multiple TV’s, please message me so that I can add additional TV’s as well as a discount. Once booked you are set! I like to meet the client ready to do the work that I was hired for. I like to make recommendations that will make the clients experience better. Once I realize exactly what the client wants I begin the work.

I have worked for Bestbuy and Geek Squad home theater installation for 15 years. I have experience in all aspects of home theater installation.
