- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a straight forward upfront price so you always know what the investment is and what options you have before we even begin the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we come to your home we always wear shoe covers or use floor savers, we always go over your options to allow you to choose what's best for your home and we always let you know about our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and extended warranties. We also offer a top priority club member service that can help with maintenance and other savings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians go through an Maryland apprentice program that requires 7500 hours of training before they can get their journeyman plumber/gas fitter license. We also provide customer service and technical training weekly along with new product training throughout the year. We want the best technicians for our clients and their homes. Also, all of our technicians go through background testing and 30+ days of onboarding before they can be certified to perform work in any clients home.
