Let me tell you from the time the receptionist answered the phone to the follow up with the next call the next morning to confirm to Jason knocking on my front door to the greeting, the firm handshake, the eye contact, the explaining of the work that needed to be performed to the work done, the clean up the exit the other types of work that could be performed if needed, man o man Jason made spending hard earned money easy to let go without a doubt thinking if it the job wasnt being done correctly, he even explained the tips on the snake and what they do and boy they did just that because my daughter and grandson put everything down my toilet but the kitchen sink! Hes the man plus Im all about family and he Even told me about the Ensor dynasty, THUMBS UP, Im referring Ensor to any and everyone I know that has plumbing issues Thanks Ensor much appreciated

Woke up this morning to no water! Called 5 plumbing companies and Ensor was the first to get back to me and was able to send Matt out. He was there within 2 hours of my call. He washere till 5 pm, but was able to replace our well pump, new heavy duty wire; plus the storage tank was beginning to leak. Matt and James got the job done! Very happy with the response time and getting us back in service. Glad I got to work with them.

Our pricing is a straight forward upfront price so you always know what the investment is and what options you have before we even begin the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we come to your home we always wear shoe covers or use floor savers, we always go over your options to allow you to choose what's best for your home and we always let you know about our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and extended warranties. We also offer a top priority club member service that can help with maintenance and other savings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians go through an Maryland apprentice program that requires 7500 hours of training before they can get their journeyman plumber/gas fitter license. We also provide customer service and technical training weekly along with new product training throughout the year. We want the best technicians for our clients and their homes. Also, all of our technicians go through background testing and 30+ days of onboarding before they can be certified to perform work in any clients home.
