Jaime installed a new toilet for me and hauled away the old one. He did a fine job. The flush buttons arrived broken, but he improvised a temporary fix for me, and it works well. Real nice guy, professional. Apparently does all sorts of other work. Will definitely request his services again!

Jamie the proprietor of JR Concepts was extremely professional. He responded to my request for service via the app super fast and was responsive with me. He gave me the opportunity to call him but i exchanged conversations with him via the app while i was getting basic info from him. Very accommodating and was scheduled for service three days after making contact with him. He arrived at my home on time, wore shoe covers and a mask and got right to work. He was personable but not too chatty. Worked while we talked. He was efficient and knowledgeable! I had an old microwave removed and a new one installed. I did not think to mention that i had a tile backsplash but he was able to get that resolved during the same visit! He went to his truck, retrieved the tools and discussed the adjustment in pricing with me! I would have been so disappointed if he was not able to get the job done same day, but he was prepared and said, i will take care of it, no worries! I will most certainly use him again. He cleaned up and did a professional install!
