Michael was very quick to respond to my call and showed up the same day. After fixing our issue, he stuck around to explain everything, and he answered a bunch of questions I had about other electrical jobs we have planned for the future.

We needed a circuit breaker issue taken care of in a hurry and Mike was able to come the next morning. He was very responsive and helpful with questions even before coming out. During the job, he explained what he was doing and why and got it fixed quickly. Highly recommend!

This employee was very professional and friendly. He did an awesome job explaining and showing me just what needed to be done. He came out on time and repaired exactly what needed to be repaired. Mike was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him. You want a guy like Mike working on your home. He explains the process, hes thorough, and he educates the homeowner in a reassuring manner. He worked on flickering dimmers and troublesome recessed LEDs at our home and we are very satisfied.

$125 service fee for the first hour, and $75/hour for additional hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make customers feel confident that they are receiving the best service at a competitive price. I take the time to explain the process and I give customers options to arrive at their desired result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Master Electrician with 16 years of experience. My initial training was with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (I.B.E.W). I have taken other training in electric vehicle charger installations and also every 2 years have to take continuing education classes to keep my license with the state.
