Belluxe did an excellent job for my daughters 11th birthday party. Originally, the decor was to be done outside but it was a storm in the forecast the day of the party, Belluxe did not hesitate to decorate the inside instead of outside. She came prepared to do the decor whether it was outside or inside. She did a very good job and was very affordable. I told her she would be my go to from now on. Do not hesitate to hire her, you will not be disappointed.
