Chris was awesome! He called before my appointment to ask a few questions and make sure everything was good. When he got there, he explained everything clearly and walked me through what he’d be doing. He cleaned my carpets so well, I honestly wish I had gone with Century Cleaning from the start.

I received a response ASAP regarding shampooing my carpet (living room & bedroom). The call went smooth with all concerns addressed. Rep was punctual, knowledgeable, and scotch guarded the carpet post cleaning. Although the carpet seemed clean in the new unit, the gray/black water proved otherwise! Clean/maintain the integrity of your carpet by hiring these guys! P.S. the photo is the aftermath of what seemed to be a clean carpet!

I received a call 5 minutes after submitting my request on a Friday evening! Scheduled an appointment for the next day. My technician Chris was punctual, professional and wasted no time getting the job done. My carpets look great and actually smell like I don’t have 3 dogs! I will be hiring them again in the future.
