I needed a suede couch cleaned and sanitized after years of neglect and dogs. I initially got the scheduling confirmation incorrect, but Chawn was very responsive and accommodating! Sean and his assistant brought my hardwood floors back to life! They made sure to move furniture around for even distribution. I was very pleased with the finished product. Also had carpet cleaning and there was a stain that I felt needed more attention. Sean came back to address the concern without complaint and was able to get it out completely.
