- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We decided to open MJK Total Cleaning Services, LLC because we did not like the prospect of having our weekends or evenings filled with cleaning. We wanted to spend time with our family and each other. We also did not want to clean, clean, clean prior to going away on vacation. Isn't it nice to come home to a clean home after being away on vacation?....We thought so, too. Today's family wants to spend time together doing what brings them closer together.....time spent cleaning your home takes away from the time a family can spend together as a family.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are a professional, residential and commercial cleaning service. Yes, all cleaning companies clean, however, we also build relationships with our clients. Most of our current clients are referrals!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When seeking a trustworthy and reliable home cleaning service, it is important for the client to ask a few questions. The most important questions to ask are: 1. Are you insured? 2. Will the same cleaning techs come to my home each and every time? 3. Who will provide the cleaning supplies? It is also important for the homeowner to understand what a "trunkslammer" is an individual who will undercut the price of doing the cleaning. The person either has no experience or very little experience. The state they can clean all properties for as little as $20. They are often not insured and will not provide supplies or equipment to do a respectful clean. Remember, you get what you pay for. We are insured for your peace of mind. The purpose of our insurance is to handle any unforeseen accidents that may occur. We provide the same cleaning techs each and every time in your home. This allows the techs to get to know your home and you as the homeowner. This allows both the techs and the homeowner to build a repore that will be lasting. MJK Total Cleaning Services, LLC. provides all the necessary supplies and equipment to clean your home to a shine and sparkle. We have many years of cleaning experience behind us. We take pride in our work and it shows in every task we perform. We have a checklist that is checked off by each of our techs...but...they check each other's work. So, the tech that cleans your bathroom...is checked by the tech that cleans your kitchen and visa versa.
