Scott and Dennis worked with us to find a solution for training several healthcare professionals in Basic Life Support and to instruct them one-on-one before their basic skills testing, including bringing them up-to-date on different AED units they may have to engage, learning tips for recalling the order of emergency responses under stress, and how to know their own limits and delegate to other responders as needed. They are certified by the American Heart Association to train, but their experience offered much more than textbook answers to our Nurse Practitioners' questions, including complications they might encounter in our family-focused birth center. They were reasonably priced, accessible and responsive by phone and email, and were punctual even though we asked them to change locations at the last minute. We will definitely call them again when we need renewals.

Dennis was our instructor and he did an amazing job! We couldn't be more pleased. He arrived early to get set up. He was very friendly and outgoing. Dennis was thorough in his training. He made sure our training was interactive which made the it enjoyable and the hands on learning helped a lot. Everyone had great things to say about Dennis. We would recommend Dennis to anyone. We will definitely request him back again.

Today we had an instructor educating us in some basic First Aid, CPR, & the use of an AED. Our instructor was very well trained, communicated our instructions with ease and was very professional. The hours seemed to fly by with a constant stream of information, personal experiences and anecdotes. It was time well spent.

I was very impressed. They did a great job covering a large amount of material. They were punctual and well organized. Our class was for a homeschool group consisting mostly of teenagers, some with learning disabilities, and Scott was awesome. Everyone really enjoyed the class and learned a lot. I will defiantly use them again.

I was impressed with Scott's perfessional manner and ease with setting up and speaking with the class. One student felt he was a little too fast but several of the other stated they gave him a A+. I certainly would recommend Scott for classes. Lee Giannini RN, BC
