He responded within about 15 minutes of submission. He was able to come by our house and quickly diagnose the issues. He had to go and pick up one part, but returned within an hour and ten minutes later - everything was working perfectly! Dequan was AMAZING! We needed an exterior outlet installed, and it was my first time going through it.
