He showed up early/on time. Looked presentable. Was professional, explained to me what he was going to do, showed me progress and answered my questions and concerns. Would highly recommend him to do work to anyone.

I was in a time crunch to get the finishing touches done on my salon. Steve not only understood my vision but executed it exactly as I wanted. Excellent work and professionalism. I’ve used him several times since!

Mr. Hamlett installed an electrical outlet for my kitchen wall-mounted TV. The outlet needed to be higher on the wall to hide behind the TV for the “no wires” effect. Great quality work at a reasonable price! Would use his services again. dt

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My service fee gets deducted from the overall cost of the job if you choose me to do the work. Of course if you bundle projects you save money as well.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look up the average cost of the work you want done. Larger companies may be more expensive to cover overhead costs so small businesses may be able to give you a legitimately lower price, but be careful! Sometimes an extremely low price could indicate sub-par work. It’s never smart to cut corners on an electrical project!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many fixtures do I want installed? Will there need to be any demolition work done? How soon do I need the work done? Do I need consultation to determine what needs to be done?
