- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, there are 5 steps that are completed with working with a new customer 1) Our intake questionnaire is completed by the customer. This form provides basic information concerning the customer’s event, such as time, date, location, and colors/theme. 2) The questionnaire is followed by a phone consultation. This allows us to better understand the customer’s expectations and wants. 3) After the consultation, a proposal is drafted usually with visuals. 4) The contract follows the agreed proposal 5) Lastly, material preparation starts to create an amazing event!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Wanting to have a dream wedding, without paying the “dream wedding” price is where It’s Major Creations started. Since 2011 I have been planning and decorating parties.
