Our HVAC was blowing warm air for over a week. I contacted this pro and Jamel was incredibly punctual, responsive and completely professional. He came to us within the hour. He gave us some great product knowledge and helped us to understand how to care for our unit for proper upkeep. The rate he charged was more than fair for the amount of work he did and the time frame he was able to complete it in. He communicated with us every step of the way. I doubt we’ll be needing any major work in the future because of the great work Jamel did. If we do find ourselves needing work in the future, we know who we’ll call first!

Pros: -Jemell responded quickly and was able to get to my A/C issue same day. -He was thorough in his assessment and knowledgeable about HVAC -He recomended his proposed fixes and received my approval BEFORE he started the work. Cons: -Pricing isn't the best. He replaced a blown capacitor and charged over $300. This repair takes roughly 10 minutes and the part is about $40. I was charged about double for what is typically charged for this repair.

We have a 98% accuracy on properly diagnosing the equipment and making the repairs. If you don't get it right the first time we will return and make the repairs with no additional charges if the work is related to the first repair. The service fee is subject to change on holidays or after normal service hours. Please confirm fee when scheduling an appointment.
