The service was completed more than 1 week ago, but I just wanted to wait to verify the work. My 10-year-old garage door had a problem with the travel function. Many attempts to adjust it all failed. Upstream Garage Door LLC called me almost immediately after submitting a request. He came in the afternoon the same day. Upon looking at the travel chain, he instantly found the problem, an extra bracket installed by the unprofessional original installer before I moved in. Replacing this bracket with a plate connector and re-adjusting the travel distance, he finished the job perfectly. I then requested a maintenance service since it's never been done. It was completed very professionally. In my opinion, he really is a friendly, professional and knowledgeable person. Highly recommended.
