Cypress construction has done quite a few projects for me between 2 properties. Always quick to respond, comes out for an estimate within a day and work is done to perfection. Projects have been a full kitchen Reno, carpet install, electrical and drywall work.

Dwayne and his team were amazing. They were very timely and communicative. I had multiple bathrooms remodeled and the process was seamless. He was reasonable, provided additional options to best fit my needs and was very meticulous. You don’t see that very often in contractors these days. He really prides himself on his work. Scammers. Dodge this bullet. I just had to file a complaints, with the MHIC, DLLR & The Deputy Attorney General after they defrauded me (49K). It appears that they also DO NOT have a surety bond! Don’t make the same mistake I made.

We take accusations like this very seriously. This review contains several false statements, and we are currently working with the appropriate parties to address and correct the misinformation.
To clarify:
• We are a fully licensed Maryland Home Improvement contractor in good standing with the MHIC.
• We carry the required insurance and comply with all state bonding regulations.
• Only after the work was in progress did the customer file false complaints in an attempt to recover the full project cost. We have attempted to resolve this matter amicably.
No agency has found any wrongdoing on our part, and we are cooperating fully to resolve the matter.
