- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope and complexity of the job. I provide upfront estimates whenever possible, and there are no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for customers who combine multiple projects into one visit. Any additional materials required for the job will be discussed and approved before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I first discuss the details of the project to understand the scope of work and any specific requirements. I may ask for photos or additional information to provide a more accurate estimate. After agreeing on the price and scheduling a convenient time, I arrive on time and complete the work efficiently and professionally. Once the job is finished, I make sure everything is done properly and the customer is satisfied before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in furniture assembly and general handyman work gained through practical, on-the-job training. Over time, I have developed strong skills in using hand and power tools, reading assembly instructions, and completing a wide range of repair and installation tasks safely and efficiently. I continue to improve my skills through real-world experience on different types of residential and small commercial projects.
