1. Were rude and abrasive on our initial booking text chain. I honestly have no idea why I agreed to work with them. I give myself 1 star for a bad decision. I even said “this is some aggressive marketing.” As you can plainly see, they are tactless in their response to their other bad review. I’m sure I’ll get a fun one. 2. Showed up and told me they couldn’t do the scope of work agreed upon due to having vinyl siding. Mind you, I sent a photo of my house. Their amateur drawing attached. I don’t build houses but I can tell the siding is vinyl from the picture. 3. Still tried to charge me the SAME AMOUNT even though they were only able to do the roofline and some flower beds. I obviously refused and in order to actually get some money out of me they lowered the price. 5. Installed white lights- I very clearly asked for multicolor. 4. Didn’t have enough of the posts(?) for the lights around the very front flower bed and told my husband they would be back to finish the job. 5. 2 weeks later……. They have not finished the job and won’t respond to texts. I respect a hustle, but not a bad one. The lights that are installed properly look good but save yourself the headache and find someone more professional, these kids are charging the same price anyways. Also, no idea if there is insurance on their company I’ve not signed anything or seen any business document from them. Sketchy.

I was scheduled to get Christmas lighting on Monday. Saturday they texted saying they will have to push out the schedule due to “back ordered supplies”. I responded asking for when that date would be rescheduled for. Never heard from them.
