Overall, Torrey (sorry if misspelled) was wonderful! He was extremely professional and punctual. The communication was great and the turnaround time from scheduling to the actual cleaning was even better. You can definitely tell our home was cleaned. My only gripe is the cleanliness of the floors. I think a more thorough sweeping/vacuuming and mopping job could have been done. There was still some debris in the corners of the bathroom, behind the kitchen trash can, and under the dining room table. I know it is a large area for only one person to clean, so maybe a second cleaner would be helpful. Two cleaners were sent to my house for a deep cleaning. When they arrived they were unprepared and smelled of smoke, which lingered in my house after they left. They did not have a vacuum and the broom they brought was a small hand room, same as I give my children to sweep under the table after dinner. A vacuum was delivered to them later. I requested a deep cleaning and that is not what I got. I barely received a basic cleaning. Maybe our definitions of deep cleaning differs. The master bedroom was not swept and when asked about it, the cleaner gave me a bit of an attitude. The base of the toilets were not cleaned. The base of where the wall meets the floors in the bathrooms were not cleaned. The foyer was not swept nor mopped. The doors of the shower were not cleaned and the bathroom mirrors were streaked. They used powder comet in the bathtub and failed to rinse properly, so when my daughter tried to take a bath their was residue in her water. The backsplash was not cleaned and when asked to do over, I was met with hesitation. A deep cleaning is a large job, the cleaners who came should have known that. I felt like little effort was made to ensure an adequate job. The only reason I give this company 2 stars instead of 1, is the company took $30 off my Bill. Which after further inspection of my house, more should have been taken off because I have had to re clean my bathrooms. I am highly disappointed. The owner offered to send another cleaner to rectify the situation but never returned my call with an update. As promised yesterday I would have another cleaner come back out later in the week because of the storm if I could get anyone to come out immediately I’d like to call you back, you haven’t given us an opportunity to make it right. We appreciate constructive criticism as an opportunity for growth. I was never told of any smoke or attitude with the cleaners when I spoke with you which is totally unexceptional and this will be taken care of immediately. Also, you only received a $30 refund because we originally gave you an $100 discount based on your budget and the fact that you only had an issue on one room, because we are a small business and the workers we cleaning for over hours and deserve so payment....we even waited a long time after service for payment which we normally receive in advance but we worked with you as much as possible. It’s disheartening that all you had to say was negatively. The vacuum was broke and a supervisor brought a new vacuum to your home for your cleaners to use which should be irrelevant when the vacuum can in. When we spoke You Said The Blind, Windows, Baseboards, Living Room, Dining area, The first Two Bedrooms and First Bathroom was Perfect. You mentioned your Only issue was with your upstairs bathroom. I will also post photos of your positive work completed. All the photos you posted were in the same room. And you were getting Your children ready for dinner so maybe what your describing was after dinner which was when they left. I do believe this is an unethical unfair and partial review. However, we will strive to be better and trust me this worker will be handled properly! We strive to be a step above the rest. And give the best cleaning experience. I appreciate we feedback 100%. If given the opportunity we will love to do better absolutely free.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New customers will be asked for the services that they need as well as to be given to sit in the server information about the project and about special appliances they may have a special needs that are important to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All staff specially vetted and trained, as well as Covid training. Specialty staff workers have specific certifications in their areas such as shampooing and floor cleaning etc.
