I’ve been using this company for several years. And she always makes my house look great and smell great. I love when she walks through with the Mobile instant and leaves behind lavender. It’s just a special touch that I love so much and I haven’t received from any other cleaners.

I am very happy with the deep cleaning service today! They were very detail oriented and thorough, and my house looks amazing! Overall, Torrey (sorry if misspelled) was wonderful! He was extremely professional and punctual. The communication was great and the turnaround time from scheduling to the actual cleaning was even better. You can definitely tell our home was cleaned.
My only gripe is the cleanliness of the floors. I think a more thorough sweeping/vacuuming and mopping job could have been done. There was still some debris in the corners of the bathroom, behind the kitchen trash can, and under the dining room table. I know it is a large area for only one person to clean, so maybe a second cleaner would be helpful.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer referral discounts, reoccurring services discounts, and competitive rate to beat our competitors. We will beat most prices. Policy updated 2020. Our money-back guarantee’s are offered when work is not executed. If extra services or undocumented request are made additional services may apply. Any and all refunds must be approved and is given at the discretion management.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will be asked for the services that they need as well as to be given to sit in the server information about the project and about special appliances they may have a special needs that are important to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff specially vetted and trained, as well as Covid training. Specialty staff workers have specific certifications in their areas such as shampooing and floor cleaning etc.
