Where do I begin! I wish I could give 500 stars. Addy is amazing. First thing that stuck out to me was her professionalism on our consultation call. Then how humble and knowledgeable she was about the services I was asking her to provide on a last minute appointment. I reached out to her and 3 other stylist and she was my number 1 choice. I ended up hiring 2 and she jumped in like she had been apart of team since day one. I needed her work a 15 person wedding for my high value client. She stepped up and stepped in as team lead for the hair for me. She represented my company very well in my absence and when I arrived and executed every hairstyle with precision and care. She stepped up and took on all the difficult challenges from you know “people who look at you like the help” with no problem or attitude and still kept a smile on her face while doing it. She completed 7 out of the 15 styles in a limited time frame and a high stress environment. She worked alongside 2 makeup artist and 2 other stylists and she out performed all of them. Her attention to detail was impeccable and she followed my advice to a tea. The ladies she worked on felt so beautiful and confident that they were asking for her after she left to give her a hug. She showed up on time, 15 minutes before her anticipated arrival, she even dealt with real life Karen’s and was able to convince them that it was ok to have their hair done by her and that she would take great care of them and she did just that. She even ended up having to do a full cut and style on a woman who was feeling very insecure and she executed that so well. She is sweet and passionate about her work and she is a great addition to have for any project that I am working on in the future that requires hair. I will definitely be hiring her again without question. Keep smiling Addy and more importantly keep being you!
